No More Shadow Living

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11 KJV

I was having a conversation yesterday with someone about where we were going in life and where we were in life. The distance between the two posed a challenge that seemed almost impossible to clear. There are times in life where we can do all the right things and still find ourselves far from the intended, expected or desired goal. The problem can be that we think that we are always working towards becoming who we desire to be not realizing that we already are who we desire to be.

When the Most High Yahawah (Yah), the Supreme Creator of the Heaven and the Earth and all that is between created us, He already knew exactly how he wanted us to be. Nothing that was created was created without already having a need, a purpose...or, a design. The Earth was first dressed and set up for huMan Adam(mah) before Yah created him. The Garden of Eden was in place with the animals and herbs to eat when Eve (Chavvah), came into the picture. To make it more relate-able, every person is born with the means to reproduce another huMan being at the appropriate and appointed time. My point is, Yah is not an incomplete Alahayam (Elohim or God). He is the beginning and the end, starting the beginning once the end has been settled upon.

The book of Jeremiah tells us this in plain wording; Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations (Jeremiah1:5 KJV). For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end (Jeremiah 29:11 KJV). As you can see, Yah created us already knowing what He purposed us to do, He created us equipped for what He purposed us to do and His thoughts towards us are to give us His expected end. The end is expected because He already knows what it is to be. Of course we have to choose to follow His will for our lives, but He's already mapped out our destiny if we choose to live in and for Him and follow his Laws, Statutes and Commandments (See Deuteronomy 28 KJV).

This brings me back to the conversation I had yesterday; as previously stated, we are oftentimes confused into thinking that we have to work (labor) to become; but in Yah, we have to become in order to work (do well, prosper, fit). Remember, we were already created to be what we needed to be. Proverbs 19:21in the Amplified Bible translation reads; Many plans are in a man’s mind, But it is the Lord’s purpose for him that will stand (be carried out). When we yield our desires and plans to Yah, He will direct us in the way that we should go (Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV). When we seek Him, He will remind us of who we were created to be. We do not need to fear the "distance" between who we are today and who we desire to be tomorrow because the distance can be easily conquered with a simple mind change (Romans 12: KJV). There's still work (or progress) to be done once the change is made in your mind, but you immediately began to live out the truth of who you are in Yah once you decide in your mind to.

It's time to bring out the person that was created inside of us the very instance that life began to flow through us. It's time to stop living in the shadows and have the courage and confidence to live out who we truly are; who Yah created us to be! As Israelites, this couldn't be anymore vital because we have a job to do! Knowing we are Hebrew is not enough, it's time to focus on the plans or thoughts that Yah has for us and not our own and began to live those out because that is the only way we will get to the expected end that He has for us. It's time to hunger and thirst after righteousness, seek after the same power that our ancestors Elijah and Elisha had! It's time to desire a faith walk with Yah just like our forefathers Abraham, Moses and Adam(mah) (Genesis 3:8 KJV --- And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day:...)! Doing your own thing can and will bring you to many different things and places, but following Yah is the surest way to get to the perfect, perfected end He has for us. I once heard a friend of mine say, "I want God's (Yah's) perfect will for my life, not His permissive will." That is exactly what I intend to do. Selah.

Peace & Blessings
